At Instant Calm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help!

Refund Eligibility

  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for refunds.
  • Condition Requirements: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in the original, unopened condition to our warehouse. 

Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send an email to help@tryinstantcalm.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Contact Form: Fill out our contact form with the required details.

Please include your order number or email used when placing an order to help us locate your purchase and process your return efficiently.

Return Shipping

  • Please note, we will not accept any returns at our returns address unless you have contacted us via email beforehand and received confirmation to proceed with the return.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • For international returns, please send the products to our US address. The same return conditions apply.

ONLY SEND AFTER RECEIVING CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL

Please put a note with your name and order number (you can find you order number on your confirmation email) inside of the return package.
Please send us the tracking number or image of the post office receipt to
 expedite your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be usually processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at help@tryinstantcalm.com immediatly with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, as we do not carry clothing items. If you wish to return a product and purchase a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order.
