- We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within the same business day.
- If you want to make changes to your recent order please reach out to us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, if it hasn't been shipped yet.
- There are no additional processing delays during holidays or peak seasons.
Delivery Time
- United States: Estimated delivery time is 7-12 working days.
Order Tracking
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
- You can track your order directly on USPS or DHL’s website using the tracking number provided.
Order Cutoff Time
- All orders placed before 2 PM New York Time (GMT -5) will be processed on same business day. Orders received after this cutoff will be processed the next business day. Please note that this applies to standard processing times and does not account for shipping transit times.
Shipping Address Changes
- Because we prepare and process orders immediately—often right after they are placed—we cannot guarantee that any changes (including shipping address updates, product modifications, or order cancellations) can be made once an order has been submitted.
